Hi All,

Is there a way to get nmap to create a graphic of what is
on a local network?

Many thanks,
-T

NMAP itself does not present a good interface for a network map. That said, you can use Zenmap (GUI-version of NMAP) to generate a network map. Ensure that "--traceroute" is included to generate a holistic network map of hosts scanned.

Matt

Hi Matt,

I do have Zenmap installed. I did not realize I could use it
like that. Is it easy to figure out?

Yes, see some documentation here:
https://nmap.org/book/zenmap-topology.html
Use the --traceroute option and then click "Topology".
